About the job
Hoonigan is looking for a full-time Customer Service agent to join our team. This person must be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills who can work both independently and on a team and is willing and able to perform the many different tasks required in a fast-moving environment. The person must be detail oriented and have strong organizational and prioritization skills. The person must also be very personable and familiar with our brand and products. This person will report to the Sales Operations Manager
Description:
• Maintain positive and professional attitude towards all customers at all times.
• Utilize company help desk to answer and successfully respond to inbound customer service emails, calls, and chats for eCommerce customers.
• Provide additional customer service for market places (Amazon and Walmart)
• Carcaine Parts Supply relay and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Quickly resolve customer order related issues to customer’s satisfaction
• Wholesale order entry
• Provide support to sales rep and wholesale customers.
• Work with warehouse team to ensure orders and returns are being processed in a timely manner.
• Generate refused shipment and returns credit memo requests.
• Bodega clerk (assisting customers, organizing, stocking, replenishment, cleaning, etc.)
Requirements:
• 2 years wholesale apparel customer service.
• Full Circle, Office 365, gorgias (or related help desk)
• Basecamp
• Shopify Plus
