Come join the Duck. We are a rapidly growing Company and Team and we are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator for our well established company (since 1988) that designs, sells and manufactures resort apparel.
We are one of the most recognized resort apparel brands in the U.S. During our 25 years in business we have established ourselves as a premier supplier in a difficult to reach niche market.

Our distribution covers thousands of retail outlets in every imaginable resort location in North America and the Caribbean, including national parks, state parks, ski areas, beach resorts, major tourist attractions, airports, hotels, zoos, aquariums and almost all resort gift destinations.

Our wholesale clients love us because our products make them a ton of money and our retail consumers love us because our designs make them laugh.

This position, based in Arvada, CO, will manage our Caribbean territories from the inside, support key sales initiatives, and support the overall growth of The Duck brand.

Compensation: Base salary plus commission.

We're a small group that works closely together and rely heavily on each other for our success. We'd like the right person to find a great fit here and make a long term commitment.

Job Requirements


Work Experience / Background:
• Proven history of SALES success.
• Experience in the apparel or fashion industry a plus.
• Ability to generate new business from prospecting and developing leads , as well as managing existing account base, Caribbean Islands, with experience in client/account relationship building.
• Experience, Success and Responsibility for quota's / goals / results.
• Professional process based methods
• Self -Motivated
• Strong computer skills; excel and powerpoint required.
• Comfortable building relationships and closing sales via the telephone.
• Must be able to travel 2 times a year to Trade Shows and 1 time a year to a Caribbean Island.
