Come join The Duck. We are a rapidly growing Company and Team and we are hiring Sales Development Specialists to act as SALES PROFESSIONALS for our well established company (since 1988) that designs, sells and manufactures resort and destination lifestyle apparel and accessories.

We are one of the most recognized resort lifestyle apparel brands in the U.S. During our 20 years in business we have established ourselves as a premier brand in a difficult to reach specialty market.

Our distribution covers thousands of retail outlets in every imaginable resort location in North America and the Caribbean, including national parks, state parks, ski areas, beach resorts, major tourist attractions, airports, hotels, zoos, aquariums and almost all resort gift destinations.

Our wholesale clients love us because our products make them a ton of money and our retail consumers love us because our designs help people smile, share, and connect.

Our continued growth has created the need for hands-on, high energy sales professionals who are self-motivated, passionate about what they do, and are driven for success. The Sales Developments Specialists will be key contributors in the office and on the road to assisting the entire Duck Sales Team in our accelerated growth.

Work Experience / Background:
• Proven history of SALES success.
• Ability to generate new business from prospecting and developing leads through internet research, phone blitzes, and market travel.
• Create sales lead pipelines for multiple markets in North America and work with entire sales team to close new potential customers.
• Manage existing account base, with experience in client/account relationship building and the willingness to jump into hot markets to assist sales team where immediate and significant incremental opportunities exist.
• Provide Support and Back up for Market Manager team in the office during their extensive travel periods.
• Experience, Success and Responsibility for quota's / goals / results.
• Professional process based methods
• Driven and self-motivated
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Comfortable building relationships and closing sales via the telephone.
• Travel to territories, 3x per quarter.

Compensation:
Base salary plus commission. FULL Company Benefits PLAN including health, dental, vision and retirement plans.
