POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Office Administrator will provide high-level administrative support to the Camber Outdoors team by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, shipping support material, supporting development and executive functions.

Because Camber Outdoors is a small, entrepreneurial team, the Office Administrator may also be asked to work closely with other team members on a variety of projects. We have each other’s backs and we lean on each other. In this way, we live our values: “We > me”.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Office Administrator has day-to-day responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the office and support of all departments to maintain and improve/streamline organizational work flow.

- Perform general office duties including ordering supplies, responding to general information inquiries, maintaining our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and maintaining office cleanliness
- Keep track of key stakeholders and members special occasion cards, holiday cards & packages.
- Support the Camber Outdoors’ staff on day-to-day member service activities as well as various one-off projects and tasks, and business development activities.
- Scan, file, and shred documents. (We’re not paperless yet but we are trying!)
- Assist with bookkeeping and billing, including documentation and maintaining well-organized files and records.
- Serve as liaison with our property manager for any facilities-related items.
