In this role on our team we are looking for someone who is:
• Highly creative, technically proficient, and impeccable attention to detail
• Able to explain design decisions from a technical and visual perspective
• Maintain brand identity and consistency across all platforms
• Able to produce high quality graphic work and layouts within tight turnaround times in a fast paced setting
• Passionate about excellence in all that they do and always seeking methods to progress, learn, and innovate
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Organize and maintain all Creative & Photo Assets
o Responsible for retouching, tagging and allocating all assets appropriately
• Produce creative for direct-to-consumer business across multiple channels
o Website, Email Campaigns, Paid & Organic Social, SMS formats, as well as certain In-Store branded assets
• Work with marketing team to execute all creative needs from campaign briefs to product launch
• Ensure all creative assets are optimized for the platforms and devices they’re being served on
• Calendar Management: actively monitoring timelines to produce projects by deadlines
• Stay in the know of industry trends with frequent research
