RIFFE International, a global leader in spearguns and spearfishing equipment is looking for highly motivated and experienced Production Manager for our San Clemente manufacturing facility. We are a manufacturing machine shop specializing in the production of spearfishing equipment and diving accessories. We are operating HAAS CNC mills and lathes, high speed 4 Axis Routers with automatic tool changes. We machine mostly woods and metals which go through additional processes such as heat treatment and/or other finishes.
The Production Manager is responsible for production planning, shop floor scheduling, labor utilization, and capacity planning. This position will lead continuous improvement activities to improve the efficiency of systems and processes. The Production Manager will work collaboratively with the other members of the management team and sales leadership to ensure we meet and exceed all the expectations of our customers with respect to On-Time Performance, and Quality Assurance.
The ideal candidates with have 5-10 years of recent (last 2 years) experience working in a dynamic machine shop environment at the supervisory or management level.
