The goal of the CRO team is to provide the best possible experience for the customers of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger on-site through data-driven iterative decision making. The team consists of program managers, developers, researchers, analysts and has a tight collaboration with our design- and technical teams. The team is centrally placed in the organization, touching upon every single aspect of the sites and the relevant product teams.</p><p></p><p><b>The Position</b></p><p>The CX Researcher in the CRO team is responsible for the quality and input of all ideas. These can come from anywhere within the organization (business, previous experiments, other teams, external research) but are largely driven by your research and investigations into our users' and business' needs. The ideas will be brought up to standard, substantiated with evidence and proper research to become a fully-fledged hypothesis. Based on this the roadmap is filled and prioritized and the ideas are validated through testing. As a researcher you will also be tasked of diving deeper into topics such as sustainability, inclusivity, user experience, customer journeys and so forth and to educate the stakeholders in the business, empowering them to make data-driven decisions.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Conducting various types of behavioral research (users recording, heatmap, user tests etc.).</p></li><li><p>Analyzing online behavioral data (Adobe <span>Analytics/Contentsquare)</span> to find problems or opportunities on CK/TH websites;</p></li><li><p>Fueling the testing roadmap with substantiated hypotheses and collaborate with the program managers to see these put into action.</p></li><li><p>Drawing up insights and learnings and advising stakeholders about opportunities for improvement;</p></li><li><p>Explaining user behavior based on psychological or behavioral science principles.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The Ideal Candidate</b></p><ul><li><p>1 3 years of experience with UX/CX research, web analysis, data analysis or customer research.</p></li><li><p>Can translate complex data into actionable insights.</p></li><li><p>Knows how to get to the core of an issue and approach it from its origin.</p></li><li><p>Can keep an overview over a large list of topics and prioritize accordingly.</p></li><li><p>Knows what drives customer decision making, or more importantly knows how to find out.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare and Mopinion, or similar tools.</p></li><li><p>Experience with A/B testing and related concepts is a plus.</p></li><li><p>A relevant university degree (e.g. cognitive psychology, behavioral sciences, UX, or data science) is a plus.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Can Expect from Us:</b></p><ul><li><p>A company culture that fosters development, offering training and learning opportunities through our very own PVH University</p></li><li><p>An international environment which respects diversity, equality, and individuality</p></li><li><p>A monthly Covid home- office budget</p></li><li><p>A smart work program that empowers our associates to work from home in the Netherlands, within a flexible schedule</p></li><li><p>A beautiful state-of-the-art Campus awaiting you upon our return to the office</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i>PVH Europe and our brands, TOMMY HILFIGER and CALVIN KLEIN, are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse community of associates with a strong sense of belonging.
