Position Description
Reporting into the Senior Design Director UW/Swim/Sport, this role will be responsible for the design of Graphics, Branding and Print for Tommy Sport. This role will have 1 direct report.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n\nImplement graphic trends to support the seasonal direction and market trends and ensure consistency through products and ranges
\nConcept and work on graphic, print and branding concepts for multiple end use
\nResearch and design functional trims for product
\nProduce accurate repeat pattern artwork for development and production
\nArtworking design ideas in Adobe CC, in accordance with the brief and range plan
\nPrepare and maintain graphic design overviews and technical artwork for cross-functional and supplier use
\nInput graphic and print artwork into PLM system
\nCreate and maintain boards for Concept and Sketch Reviews
\nWork alongside design, PD and Merchandising to ensure applications are fit for purpose with product
\nManage, set goals, monitor progress, offer help and critique work for direct reports
\nEnsure the correct execution of Corporate Identity guidelines and against legal restrictions within the team
\nCreate professional level presentations of ideas; from loose sketch to detailed renderings to digital presentation
\nEnsure an efficient process and communication flow between design, merchandising and development (within x- functional team) for all issues regarding graphics, print and branding
\nEnsure proper handover of graphic schematics to the product development department and development sources. Main duty is to submit all relevant information needed for the development process such as original design, colour indication, execution information
\nWork directly with suppliers and buying offices to ensure clarity of product development and through to final samples, in collaboration with in-house product development team

Position Requirements
\nIn depth knowledge of fashion and sport product and fashion design
\nInnovative and collaborative designer
\nExcellent communication skills
\nHigh level of initiative and maturity
\nProblem solving attitude & can-do personality
\nKnowledge and use of Adobe Creative Suite a must
\nTeam player
\nGood organizational and time management skills
\nFluent in English (spoken and written)
\n\nRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
\n\nBachelor degree (B.A.) from college or university in design or equivalent combination of education and experience
\n6+ years experience in a similar role
