Perform Ecommerce platform daily reconciliation and monthly closing including: platform online stores reconciliation and accounting booking, expense and sales accrual, issue VAT invoice, AR collection etc.
Ecommerce sales verification with platform statement and AR reconciliation.
Process the payment requirement timely
Communicate with TP and monitor TP KPI performance
Support new brand/project E-business launch; Provide financial and operational support on EC finance projects.
Risk control of EC operation compliance and accounting treatment
Assist to internal and external audit, monitor the stores internal control per Soxs requirement
Support Manager on any ad hoc job and project

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
At least 3-5 years hands-on experience, preferably in the e-business Retail Channel.

Skills:
Strong project and time management skills;
Ability to plan tasks and timetable in advance, manage and coordinate timetable with multiple countries and business units;
Timely follow up with countries to ensure all reporting deadlines are met.
Influential and effective communicator

Education: Bachelors degree, major in Finance and accounting
