PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Responsible for end-to-end GTM understanding and interdependencies cross-functionally to connect the dots
Create master GTM calendars with key GTM gates and milestones
Drive adherence to the GTM calendar and key milestones across teams; ensure timely decision-making and high degree of preparation with teams to deliver outcomes
Identify areas of optimization and continuous improvement within GTM process and tools
Partner with various GTM Champions (within the functions) to gather and review any new requirements prior to each season
Update and implement process documentation, templates, etc. using change management
Document actions and follow-up for key milestone meetings
Partner with IT on system & tool needs for tracking & reporting to enable process
Identify and track overall GTM metrics for success e.g., SKU counts, development and adoption ratios, fabric leverage, etc.
Publish executive dashboards and summaries for cross-functional alignment
Conduct post-mortem/hindsight sessions to discuss any recommendations for next season



QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

>8 years of relevant work experience in Apparel with in-depth knowledge of GTM process
Experience in working with and leading x-functional teams ideally having worked across functions involved in GTM e.g. Design, Planning, Merchandizing, Marketing or Supply Chain

Education:
Bachelors Degree


Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
Analytical acumen and familiarity with key GTM tools
Strong organizational capabilities paired with can-do attitude
Preferred: Experience working in retail and wholesale business environments with an appreciation of the challenges / opportunities across each
Preferred: Experience with speed models (Read & React, Chase) to incorporate new information and enable off-calendar processes
Preferred: Knowledge and experience working in agile ways

Not initially. Could be responsible for a small team of 1-2

Accountable for managing end-to-end cross functional calendar process and escalating challenges to leadership
Responsible for holding leadership and stakeholders accountable
