Senior Business Analyst, IT, PVH China Job in Shanghai, VT

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Familiar Retail and Wholesale business process. Perform business analysis and requirement capturing
Maintain relationship with business, collecting their problems, demands and requirements
Assisting business for business reports and analytics
Provide consultancy and solutions to business thru IT platforms for CRM, POS, Social Media, API, eCommerce, OMS and WMS
Project Leadership and Management for IT Systems and Solutions
Corporate with Regional team and global team for rolling out global/regional systems to China
Provide 2nd Level of POS application support and ERP application support

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
8+ years of IT related experiences includes 5+ years of IT experiences in business analysis or business applications
5+ years experience in retail or wholesale or FMCG or F&B industry
Skills:

Knowledge in POS / Retail Operation / ERP system and work flow is a MUST
Experience in writing technical specifications, test plans and validation checklists
Knowledge in Logistics, eCommerce, and Digital IT is plus
Project management experience is plus (PMBOK/PMP preferred)
Strong ability to write SQL queries, reporting tools, Microsoft Access, Excel
SDLC experiences preferred
Data Analytics Ability for Retail and Wholesale
Strong customer service sense and skills
Good communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English

Education: Bachelor degree of information technology, or business related or any related discipline
