The Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day activities of the Marketing team for Warners and Olga brands. This role will cross-functionally partner with merchandising, design, sales, creative and supply. This role is a support function, as well as a strategic partner of the interoffice teams and will be working with wholesale retailer partners.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Maintain all marketing calendars in partnership with Project Management, Merchandising, Sales and Marketing Director.
Ensure deliverables to teams are on time and budget.
Develop Market Week deliverables list and ensure timely delivery and installation of materials; assist in showroom set up.
Develop and maintain Seasonal Product catalogs; communicate to sales, merchant and supply teams.
Manage internal communication of asset availability to cross-functional teams.
Assist in the photo & video shoot process, including organizing and ordering product/coordinating samples. Develop shot lists, gather samples, and route images/videos for internal approvals.
Manage website content for Warners and Olga including drafting product page copy and coordinating/conducting quarterly site audits & site updates.
Collaborate with digital marketing, web development team and creative teams to update Digital Asset Management system.
Manage production of retailer POS, confirming quantities, shipping information in addition, ensuring timely delivery.
Point of contact for Core Intimates company intranet updates.
Assist with development of presentations.
Schedule meetings for Marketing team as needed.
Partner with Marketing Director on other projects as needed.
Manage PR sample requests and build annual recap presentation deck.
Schedule and attend regular store visits for team.
Analyze competitive marketing efforts, build quarterly presentations and present findings to team(s).
Understand core customer through NPD data.
Run reports through NPD database, send weekly reports, collect necessary materials for research, and coordinate delivery.
Ensure all packaging is compliant with legal guidelines; make trademark requests for product and brand names. Manage any re-work necessary and coordinate cross-functionally.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is interested in learning the fashion business and Marketing from the ground up.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years of Marketing Assistant or Coordinator experience in similar industry.
Bachelors Degree required, Marketing Degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Ability to manage multiple projects; must be detail oriented and highly skilled in time management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great initiative with the ability to be a collaborative and team player
Able to anticipate needs and develop options
Superior follow through, organization, and attention to detail
Manage to a deadline.
Must be able to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
