Junior Account Executive, Off Price - The Underwear Group Job in New York, VT

The Junior Account Executive is responsible for managing various accounts within The Underwear Group. You will play an active role and partner with Account Executives in order to manage the overall Off Price business to grow market share, achieve sales plans and increase profitability for the division.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Assist sales team in market prior and during appointments
Showroom set up and style out presentations
Manage seasonal line sheets and market materials
Organize and maintain showrooms and sample closet
Sample handling and distribution to accounts
Market order entry in 7th online and order files
Cross check customer purchase orders against internal tracker sheets to ensure orders are correct
Organize and file manual orders for account executives
Drive EDI transmission process
Partner with Customer Service/Allocations on accounts shipping needs

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience, preferably in Sales

Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent

Strong analytical skills
Ability to drive processes
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
Organization and prioritization
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
