Job Description

Manage day-to-day operations for key account (Amazon) as primary contact; establish strong retail relationships with buying teams and management; travel to account for meetings as needed
Establish and manage profitable growth plan for specific product categories; create and execute seasonal business plans/proposals to retailers
Present seasonal product lines to account with proposed assortments and classification requirements to align with company merchandising and design vision and sales objectives; optimize new product launches
Manage and report internal financial shipping estimates, order files, profitability results, and retailer's open to buy; secure orders and insure proper flow of information is reflected including delivery dates, style information, and order style adjustments
Manage all aspects of co-op/allowance requests and approvals adhering to Speedo's policy of execution to include marketing, finance and planning
Provide on-deck support for marketing initiatives when required
Communicate all retailers feedback to Sr. Manager, Merchandising team, and SVP of Planning regarding competitive product and any relevant opportunities voiced by retailers to successfully fulfill the consumers needs
Responsible for identifying counterfeit issues to e-Commerce operations and follow up on any resolution needs
Responsible for website activation to optimize sales; monitor traffic, conversion through exception reporting (i.e. REPOOS, LBB, reviews, page rank, etc.)
Perform consistent site audit support focused on core/key items, large volume drivers; mapping transition styles; utilize exception reporting to identify issues and resolve
Work closely with Demand Planning team for consistent forecast alignment and inventory planning
Experience & Skills:
Min of 3 years experience in e-commerce; Amazon Brand Specialists are strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
Robust math and analytical skills; retail math skills; passionate about E-commerce and analytics
Ability to build strong relationships; good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)
Must be commercially forward thinking; proven track record to make short and long term business recommendations
Ability to lead a presentation with confidence; excellent presentation skills with knowledge of PowerPoint

Education: Bachelors degree
