Job Description


Be the market expert for the managed categories, conduct studies and collect market trends and consumer insights, brief global division teams on the movements and product requests with clear growth strategy
Participate in the global launch, assort suitable product selections, set brand appropriate pricing, and submit any special addition request to maximize China business
Collaborate with cross-function teams to prepare China Market Launch, manage salesman samples, present new season products and concepts, collect and submit China order and feedback to global team on time
Develop and update products performance analysis reports regularly, clearly reflect business status in various channels, identify potential opportunities to maximize sell through and stock efficiency.
Create training materials and conduct training sessions during seasonal launch for various channels
Work closely with operation teams throughout the season from seasonal launch plan to end-of-season mark down plan to achieve sales target, ST%, and other KPI goals
Track and follow up with product and fabric testing and cancellation, manage defect issues throughout the seasons between retail and production teams
Maintain consistent brand image by collaborating with Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Ecommerce department
Coach and knowledge sharing with junior team members
3 years of relevant experience in the fashion retail / wholesale industry focusing on apparel, menswear would be a plus

Excellent commercial sense
Work well in dynamic cross-function team under pressure
Good communication and presentation skill
Fluent in both Chinese & English.
Advance in Microsoft Office, especially in xls and ppt

Education: University graduate in Business Administration related majors
