Provide HR full function support for both CALVIN KLEIN and Tommy Hilfiger Brands in Shenzhen Office.
Provide general administration support in Shenzhen office.
Other office activities support.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
60% Responsible for local HR support
Closely work with national C&B team on GZ&SZ store staff monthly payment, salary and social insurance, commercial insurance checking, make sure all data accuracy and in time.
Maintain Workday system of GZ&SZ Retail Store staff, ensure all data are accurate.
Support SZ retail stores staff recruitment.
In charge of SZ Retail store staff on-board, probation and check-out arrangement.
Retail store staff personal files maintenance to meet the requirement of SOX
Handle Retail Store staff annual, half year appraisal, probation review, contract renewal and termination processes
Provide support on annual salary survey, yearly store budget, and salary data analysis
Propose competitive benefit package according to SZ market trend
Provide various HR monthly report
Provide training coordination to HR Trainer.
30% Provide general administration support on SZ office
Provide general office support, including office maintenance, purchasing, printing, mailing, messenger, cleaning and tea services, to all office staff members in a timely and effective manner.
Responsible for Office Admin Expense, Budgeting & cost control.
Ensure all Admin payments in time application.
Arrange all administrative matters for new joiners e.g. workplace, workstation, stationery, temporary entrance pass, and coordinate with IT department about IT facilities.
Monitor Receptionist (or HR intern) work in order to ensure that Admin support effectiveness and efficiency.
Liaise and negotiate with all suppliers from time to time in order to ensure the company enjoys the best benefits.
10% Staff Activities and other Projects
Support employee relationship activities as required, including but not limited QUM, Monthly fruit day, etc.
Other HR or Admin projects assigned by Manager, HR PVH GZ&SZ
