Department Information
Fitting within the wider Marketing and Communications group, PVH Studios is a talented team collaborating to capture, produce and distribute imagery for E-commerce Product Detail Pages and commercial visual assets. The commercial imagery enables our wholesale customers to make informed purchasing decisions through our innovative Digital Showrooms and sales tools. It also enhances the consumer shopping experience by presenting our product and bringing shopping experiences to life in digital and bricks and mortar retail environments such as E-commerce and interactive digital screens.
\nAs creative guardians, PVH Studios works together with the Creative Directors to realize the overall brand vision. Were responsible for elevating our product and reflecting core brand values across every touch-point whilst adopting and maintaining an omni-channel approach to everything we do.
\nAbout The Role
\nThe Studio Planner & Model Booker will be responsible for planning and logistics for PVH Studios. The focus will be on developing and driving a cost-efficient shoot (long and short term) planning calendar, booking and developing a robust model pool, strong model rate negotiations, liaise with EU and 3rd party business partners, and usher in planning for any new business partners.
\nYou will autonomously drive a streamlined planning process to efficiently deliver thousands of fashion and product photographs every season. The role adeptly navigates ambiguity and remains calm and pragmatic when plans unavoidably change. A solution is always deemed available, regardless of ideal- state.
\nGiven that Shoot Planning starts with divisional confirmations of buys and product sample availability, critical-to-success will be a tight collaboration with the Operations Manager, PVH Studios. Working hand-in- hand most of the time, you will assist each other in building sample and shoot forecasts leveraging available data, wider business relationships and good judgement.
\nThe Planner & Model Booker should act in accordance with and role-model the PVH Studios HOW WE ACT mandates. The role is varied, and includes, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

Position Description
PLANNING:
\n\nPrioritise, develop and drive Long-Term and Short-Term Planning, working closely with Operations Manager for sample timelines alongside the PVH Studios Sample Set (PVHSS)
\nRuthlessly prioritize projects and shoots at any given moment to best serve the most urgent and important needs of the business and consumer whilst consulting with studio teams and driving Planning meetings
\nWork tirelessly and innovatively with Operations Manager to increase seasonal shooting windows for PVH Studios which in turn facilitates cost-efficiencies and aesthetic optimization.
\nClearly communicate with stakeholders and internal PVH Studios team to provide clear planning around pre-styling, production, and wrap up of each season
\nEnsure product is being tracked, prepped and shot in an organized and (cost) efficient manner
\nMonitor product shot-counts in regards to Planning and shoot calendar
\nSet daily production goals and communicate to all teams
\nContinuous improvement with PVH Studios team to assess workflow and ensure processes are productive and efficient
\nCompile production estimates for all business partners that come through PVH Studios
\nAlongside the Director of PVH Studios, plan and administer all external markets and 3rd Party shoots
\nProblem-Solve and build alternative emergency schedules when last-minute changes occur
\n\nMODEL BOOKING:
\n\nResponsible for daily model bookings for e-commerce fashion photography sets, including hotel and travel
\nWork closely with TH and CK Agency stakeholders to ensure strong rate negotiations
\nHold seasonal model reviews and castings with stakeholders to ensure health of the model pool, financially and aesthetically
\nNegotiate and manage appropriate usage rights
\nRefer aesthetic decisions concerning model bookings to PVH Studios Creative teams
\n\nFINANCE & REPORTING:
\n\nCreate, track, and manage Purchase Orders and Invoicing for all model bookings for PVH Studios, ensuring all invoices and PO#s are created in a timely manner
\nMonitor and track monthly and yearly model rates to ensure PVH Studios is meeting budget goals
\nAdminister cross-charging for external markets and 3rd Party Shoots
\nReport key productivity and quality metrics and continually seek improvement
\nComplete daily/weekly timesheets in a timely manner
\nDevise, implement and action tracking, reporting and studio performance tools where required by studio leadership
\n
Position Requirements
The Ideal candidate has:
\n\nMin. 2 years work experience in a high volume, high quality, fast-paced environment preferably within Retail/E-Commerce or related industry
\nAn enthusiasm for digital, fashion photo and video production
\nA dedication to delivering the best creative work, on time and on budget
\nCan demonstrate strong analytical approach and confident with numbers
\nThe ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease, employing the flexibility that allows you to re-prioritize tasks, react quickly to last minute requests and remain calm and diplomatic in fast-paced, pressured situations
\nA hands-on, energetic, team player approach
\nMaster communication skills in English, both verbally and written, as English is our working language
\nDeep understanding of Microsoft Office especially Excel, to include formulas, pivot tables, V- lookups
