POSITION SUMMARY:
Establish and execute multi-tiered sourcing strategies in support of brand and business needs. Provide allocation strategy that enables right product to be developed and produced in the right place to achieve optimal cost, quality and time. Monitor and respond to global macro trends and fluctuations to optimize cost. Lead and influence change across the organization and drive positive KPIs through direct and indirect teams. Initiate strategies to unlock capability and focus on continuous improvement. Drive escalation process with root cause analysis and resolution management. Attract and develop top talent and create organizational structure that drives successful results across the value chain.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Developing, maintaining and communicating cross functionally the 1 to 3 year strategic sourcing plans and annual operating plans that are linked to annual budgets and monthly forecasts that aligns with Global Sourcing Strategy
Implementing programs to support and compliment sourcing production and technical development with the design and product development process
Actively manage internal and external vendor relationships through performance management on quantitative and qualitative metrics (KPIs)
Ensuring vendor compliance to standards of humans rights and ensuring the sourcing strategy is implemented in a proper and ethical manner
Lead Managers to develop team members in their areas of responsibility
Develop and coach team to evolve appropriate skill sets for future growth
Performance manage to create clear goals & objectives for the team
Provide solution when deliverables / deadlines are missed by the cross functional teams in the development & production calendar
Escalation management
Lead Vendor / RM strategy to meet demands of business and global climate
Provide vendor / factory / coo strategy that offers the global business competitive advantage with duty benefits & transit lead-time
Collaborate with PVH offshore offices and factories daily
Engage PVH offshore offices and/or Supply Chain Partners and prioritize work loads
Seasonal travel required
Process: Create / influence / lead
Strategy vs Execution: 55% executional / 45% strategy
Sphere of influence: Ability to influence others cross functionally, including senior leadership across enterprise, and partners outside of PVH
Wholesale to Retail coordination across businesses to leverage scale and knowledge


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 8-10 years experience in supply chain function, strategy role, or consulting

Education: Bachelors degree

**** The location of this role is flexible. It could be based in NY/ NJ, India or HK.
