POSITION SUMMARY:
Monitor the processing of under one billion dollars annually in chargebacks within the SAP/FSCM module, from set up through fruition. This position has a key role as a subject matter expert/problem solver in the understanding of the inner workings of multiple aspects of SAP. This position will be responsible for the investigation of complex compliance related chargebacks. The focus is on identifying the root causes to correct operational process flaws that occur, using analytics and outliers to address current trends and future problems. Facilitate the resolution of high dollar chargeback issues, utilizing advanced analytical and Excel skills; including but not limited to algebraic, macros, vlookups and concatenation formulas. They will also work with other departments management within PVH Corp to rectify. This person will also need an extensive knowledge of compliance requirements of ecomm and brick and mortar businesses.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 5+ years of related experience preferred
Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Skills:
Expert in Excel
Strong communication skills, oral & written
Excellent interpersonal skills
Extensive SAP Knowledge
