POSITION SUMMARY:
The UX and Digital platform Manager is responsible for the monitoring of the evolution of the Online platform eco-system. He/she is responsible for the adaptation of the Online site (s) to business requirements and changes. He/she works on constant optimization of the Online user experience. He/she is an online business and digital omni-channel enabler. He/she a key coordination point between third party digital vendors, internal IT teams and e-commerce business team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
User experience
Optimize Site user experience on various devices according to best practices
Conduct A/B testing for sustainable improvement on engaging customer experience.
Constantly strive for new and updated ideas and solutions for the business & improve operation efficiency of the team
Manage the evolution of the site platform and eco-system to match the change in retail business. Enable omni-channel.
Project management
Manage new site features implementation, from specification, execution, final testing, deployment and post implementation support
Coordinate re-platforming projects
Manage third party and external providers contracts and Statement of Work.
Coordinate actions and work of Digital third parties
Coordinate every integration work between Online ecosystem and other platforms whether they are internal (ERP, WMS and so) or external (search engines, market places, product feeds, payment solutions and so)
Track project deliverables and prepare reports defining project progress, issues and solutions
Act as an internal coordinator with IT function
Online platform evolution
Manage the life cycle and evolution of the site platform vs business needs and group guidelines
Define and formalize the Online ecosystem road map
Follow-up Site maintenance and evolution budget

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree or above in UX/ Project Management/ Business /e-Commerce or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing Online platforms
Experience in user experience and project management
Relevant operational experience in managing a CMS platform
Experience is dealing with Online third party vendors
Solid project planning knowledge
Communication skills and leadership capacity is a must
Fluency in English, Mandarin is a plus
Customer focus mindset
Experience in content management system & project management
Experience in Online eco-system components (hosting, cache, CMS architecture, payment platform integrations and so)
Experience in UX/UI
PMP certified or equivalent qualification is plus
Familiar with online shop & e-marketplaces operations
Basic digital technical knowledge html coding, APIs management, SQL database is a plus
