POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Process Management (BPM) organization contributes to PVHs trans-formation through global adoption of new and enduring business capabilities. Our mission is to lead, listen and collaborate with the business to create extraordinary value for our brands through process excellence. We optimize business processes to deliver consistent, core capabilities with flexibility to support value add brand and regional differences.

The Manager Business Process Digital Merchandising helps enable and drive business strategies through process improvement by focusing on business process analysis for 3D product design and development, visual assortment and digital selling capabilities. The role helps develop, analyze, optimize and document business processes across PVH enterprise. The role will contribute to process optimization, support analysis of current and future state processes through modeling using BPM techniques, and help define and optimize how relevant business information flows throughout the enterprise. This role will focus on creating and simplifying business process for 3D Visual Merchandising, including enabling digital transformation of digital design and digital sales.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Operate in a leadership capacity within the IBP transformation work stream.
Manage design, development, implementation and ongoing continuous improvement of Visual Assortment process, tools, training, and metrics across business units.
Document current, and develop future, business process maps, using BPM methods/tools, which effectively communicate processes and improvement opportunities.
Understand as is and future-state business processes, help analyze gaps, and provide recommended solutions which advance business capabilities
Understand and document process variability across brands/regions/units and recommend corresponding variable approaches to enable core, consistent future state processes.
Maintain an effective repository of process maps for assigned business domain.
Lead as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong knowledge in assigned business domain business processes; both current state and opportunities to improve.
Identify opportunities for increase efficiency through new tools and techniques. Participate in system process, reviews and testing to examine output.
Determine and document the impact of change to business processes. Guide and assist business partners to define their from/to change impacts and develop adoption action plans.
Effectively collaborate and coordinate between IT, business and other functions to ensure shared conceptual and contextual levels of detail in the business process models.
Help advance capabilities/processes toward best-in-class by supporting cross business forums to exchange/transfer knowledge and drive consistent improvement opportunities.
Lead and assist with documenting process enhancement requests across business units
Regularly report and update on progress, timelines, and challenges.
Define best processes and work flow for Digital Merchandising tool integration in apparel, underwear, accessories.
Ensure business process consistency and data flow across different systems and 3D tools
Assist businesses to develop clear understanding of from/to process change impacts and create change readiness action plans, and adoption assessments.

FUTURE INNOVATION
Remain cognizant of new and emerging trends in 3D and other innovation, which can add value to PVH businesses for product creation and merchandising.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of business experience, preferably domain experience in fashion merchandising, line & SKU planning, product lifecycle management, design, product development, etc.
Minimum of 3 years experience in business process management or improvement and process design methods (TQM, PE, six sigma, etc.)
Minimum of 2 years experience influencing managers and decision makers in a large, cross-functional team setting
Minimum of 2 years of experience people management and/or cross-functional team management
Apparel or consumer products company experience preferred; ideally fast-moving, multi-channel business with global manufacturing/sourcing.
Prefer experience with people management and/or project management
Prefer experience with product development IT platforms and business process mapping tools (Industry Print, etc.)
Experience with 3D and/or Visulon a plus

Education:
Bachelors degree is required; graduate degree or MBA is preferred
Training in Business Management is preferred, but not required

Skills:
Strong knowledge of merchandising, product development and SKU planning
Practical experience designing and documenting business processes and sub-processes.
Knowledge of relevant business process standards, modeling, analysis and simulation tools.
Ability to analyze resources needed to meet objectives and solve problems.
Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills to drive organizational change
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to manage complexity; distill complex information and process into simple views and communications
Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent with tools to document business processes, such as Industry Print, Visio, etc.
Ability to maintain poise and positivity in fast-paced rapidly changing environment
Team player able to work effectively at all levels of the organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
