POSITION SUMMARY:
The Network Security Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining our global NAC (Network Access Control) solution. The position requires strong hands-on technical skills to provide high-level technical services. The position also requires project management and architectural skills to deliver the implementation of a Global Network Access Control solution. This position would also develop standard operating procedures to move the Global Network Access Control solution into a manageable steady state support model with aggressive SLAs to resolve end user issues. Candidates with Forescout & ISE Network Access Control skills are preferable; candidates must have hands on experience with Network Access Control solutions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Primary responsibility is the NAC (Network Access Control) service owner
Serve as an expert in the network access control solution
Develop a global low level design based on a macro architecture requirements
Implement a global network access control solution, which includes hands on technical skills with the technology, managing partners to deploy the solution and project management skills to deliver the project.
Develop a sustainable support model and standard operating procedures. Mentor others in support of the solution.
Develop sustainable operating procedures with aggressive SLAs
Establish network access control policies and guidelines to ensure the maximum availability of the corporate network.
Analyze network performance and plan necessary enhancements using disciplined network administration processes.
Review research conducted by junior team members in order to assess current network infrastructure. Compare preliminary network evaluations against performance metrics to ensure networks are meeting business needs.
Understand hardware and software capacities in order to modify or enhance performance of the solution.
Participate in research, evaluation and selection process of hardware and software programs. Recommend appropriate tools for the business.
Stay abreast of industry trends in order to proactively identify areas for growth, improvement, and development with the capability to implement industry best practices at PVH.
Manage projects with responsibility for establishing specific project schedules, documentation including detailed plans, data flows, deployment plans
This role is action and solution oriented with an emphasis on building secure network solutions that enable PVH to meet business goals as well as regulatory requirements.
Build and validate secure network designs to produce or adjust detailed engineering specifications for existing and proposed new projects / technologies; in certain cases, provide detailed designs to effectively document solutions for PVH that could be repeatable for other regions throughout the world.
Maintain knowledge of complex industry trends, current secure networking issues, and associated technologies.
Establish best practices security standard solutions in coordination with other Global Network Team.
Contribute to the development of network management policies and procedures to ensure the maximum availability of the corporate network.

Intrusion Detection/Prevention Architecture
Network Segmentation
Mobile and Endpoint security
Access control and firewalls
Remote Network Access (VPN)
URL Filtering
Vulnerability Management process / governance

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in network engineering & security.
The ability to work with distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner
A self-motivated learner and builder with strong customer focus and with quality.
Be motivated to work with networking technologies, enjoy hands-on testing
Thrives in a high-paced, changing work environment
Flexibility and desire to take on additional responsibilities.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:
Bachelors degree is in Computer Science or Information Systems is required.
Certifications preferred CISSP, ITIL, CCIE.

Skills:
Knowledge of Network Access Control solutions. Forescout is a plus
Knowledge of secure network hardware, software and architecture.
Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills to drive organizational change.
Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.
Ability to articulate complex ideas, comprehend written and verbal communications, and possess excellent presentation skills.
Ability to research and develop new security offerings
Ability to lead and shape expectations
Experience with advanced security network concepts and technologies such as URL filtering, firewalls, VPN and security controls
Supervisory experience in leading major projects in both an international and domestic environment.
Ability to work easily with diverse and dynamic teams
Ability to work in a matrix management model
