The Manager of Business Analysis will help drive measurable business process improvements aligned with the PVH Heritage Sportswear Division and overall brand and business strategies. Responsible for working to help interpret, identify and communicate business opportunities and strategy, streamline key processes and sub-processes, identify and execute on operational excellence and measurable areas for improvement.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Develop visual presentations that reflect the business strategies for key meetings as well as monthly and annual budget presentations
Direct the design & implementation of business process improvement solutions that result in greater strategic value for the business
Accountable for project scoping, planning implementation & delivery
Develop project plans outlining objective, scope, deliverables, process, timing
Clearly communicate project details and expectations to team members & cross-functional partners
Ensure major milestone meetings have the appropriate agendas, metrics and attendees in order to accomplish results
Communicate project status to management
Partner and share with Corporate Strategy and Strategic Initiatives Office as appropriate to ensure alignment across key business stakeholders
Lead and/or coordinate cross-functional projects comprised of subject matter experts to execute holistic operational improvement solutions
Develop tools, reports and key performance indicators in order to measure the health & productivity of the business
Pull & interpret internal data & retail POS data
Identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end reporting process. Look for ways to improve the speed and quality that information is pulled and delivered
Work with consumer insights team to analyze customer behavior and trends to identify business opportunities
Work with digital team on strategy development to maximize online opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
5+ years applied experience as a business and or strategy analyst engaged in complex process
improvement business related strategies and data analysis.
High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint a must
Technical Competence with data gathering and reporting from multiple POS systems
Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills. Ability to deal with new and complex topics, interpret data, spot trends, draw conclusions and make recommendations. High standard of accuracy.
Strong Communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to synthesize information and present effectively.
Flexible and open to change. Adapts to changes in priorities and environment.
Technical Competence with data gathering from multiple POS systems
Time-management and collaborative team skills
Ability to multi-task
Proven aptitude to work collaboratively with multiple team members
