About the job
Responsible for managing the day to day accounting functions including revenue recognition / cash collection / service fee payment and regularly inventory reconciliation.
Developing financial management for e-Commerce that minimizes financial risk.
Work closely with business team for contract review, workflow optimization, project analysis, and provide financial recommendations as needed.
Drive continuous process improvements in efficiency and effectiveness towards the goal to accurately forecast and report project business financial results in terms of P&L, cash flow and BS.
Develop an effective process and ensure that all issues are adequately identified and driven to closure by working with relative owners in e-Commerce and finance and a full PVH Compliance.
Involve in Omni-channel project, identify the impact to current process, and provide valuable suggestion to improve the control process.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
At least 5 years hands-on experience, preferably in the FMCG/retail e-commerce industry background.
Skills:
Strong project and time management skills;
Ability to plan tasks and timetable in advance, manage and coordinate timetable with multiple countries and business units;
Timely follow up with countries to ensure all reporting deadlines are met.
Influential and effective communicator
Education: Bachelors degree, major in Finance and accounting
