The role of the Executive Administrative Assistant, Omni Channel Media is to provide administrative support to the SVP, Omni Channel Media. The Executive Administrative Assistant, Omni Channel Media will be responsible for performing daily administrative tasks for the SVP, including but not limited to: managing emails, calendar, organization of decks/correspondence related to current/ongoing projects and expense report creation/submission. This candidate will provide supplemental support to OCM team with group meetings, team server organization, ordering office supplies. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, enthusiastic as well as well versed in communication & planning processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
General administrative support for the SVP, Omni Channel MediaManage/prioritize emails.
Calendar
Organization of decks/correspondence for projects
Expense report creation/submission/reconciliation in Concur system
Book travel
HR/Team Management
Calendar maintenance; PTO, sick, flex time, work from home, etc.
Performance related tasks

Keep track of HR/team management tasks; maintain calendar - PTO, sick time, flex time, WFH.
Organize scheduling of performance/development conversations.
Ensure SVP meets any team related HR deadlines. Track classes, upskilling and learning events for team.
Coordinate meetings and assisting the larger OCM team with media related tasks and ordering office supplies.
Comfortable liaising with and communicating to all levels of the organization, including executive teams.
Can manage multiple priorities through to completion, including the ability to juggle assignments and manage complex schedules & scheduling of meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 2-4 years experience in a related role/capacity

Education:Associates Degree or Bachelors degree

Skills:
Stellar organizational skills
Adept in technology for data entry, management of calendars, expense reports, etc.
Ability to process large volume of information and maintain confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency with Excel, Word & Power Point.
Flexible team player in dynamic environment.
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Time management for tasks/projects
Resourcefulness / adaptability /creative thinking skills
Detail oriented
