POSITION SUMMARY:
This role serves to manage the operational process and portfolio management of the innovation division.
Portfolio Management: Serve as divisional Portfolio Management Operations to ensure successful execution of projects across strategic objectives.
Relationship Management: Serve as point of contact for numerous functional teams to ensure connectivity of strategy across the enterprise.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Portfolio Management:
Serve as in-house authority on project management principles & knowledge areas: Scope, time, cost, quality, communication, risk, & stakeholder management.
Support and maintain project management framework including standards, tools and procedures for reporting & record-keeping.
Support project progress to ensure efforts meet stakeholder expectations for time, cost, and quality.
Consultative role to Subject Matter Experts (Embeds), bridging their own technical knowledge to various strategic initiatives across the Enterprise portfolio.
Recognize new Innovation project opportunities based on current market trends, market gaps and existing customer research.
Work with our Insights team to identify research needs and conduct consumer and customer research.
Screen key process metrics and KPIs and drive improvement in Operational Excellence
Identify, recommend, and implement process enhancements based on industry or corporate best practices.

Relationship Management:
Identify shared business needs across brands and divisions and serve up potential enterprise solutions.
Network across Enterprise & industry to develop relationships with key strategic partners to enhance PVH portfolio capabilities & reach.
Ensure new processes/technology lands per defined requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
3-5 years experience in apparel business and / or portfolio management is preferred

Education:
BS / BA

Skills:
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the consumer environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to deal with new and complex topics, interpret data, spot trends, draw conclusions and make recommendations. High standard of accuracy
Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to synthesise information and present effectively, and influence highest level of organization. Experience of presenting to large audiences
Strong leadership, facilitation and project management skills
Flexible and open to change. Adapts to changes in priorities and environment
Excellent interpersonal skills. Self-confidence and maturity. Passionate
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
