Job Description

RIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Brand Planning
Assist with Marketing Director to develop integrated marketing plan, strategy and report in line with global guideline and business objective.
Identify marketing and consumer opportunities then develop and execute marketing strategy and implantation under the guide of Marketing Director.
Develop annual communication plan and budget allocation, adjust investment through the year according to the latest business needs.
Maintain effective internal and external communications to ensure that all relevant functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Brand Digital Campaign
Ensure the planning and execution of brand campaigns both aligned with global guideline and localized for Chinese consumers.
Join activation planning with cross functional teams in brands, channels organization and align with global direction and local annual activation calendar. Execute brand event/activation plans with supports from cross functional team.
Work with global and regional marketing teams to identify creative needs for digital content. Develop, manage and execute briefs to enrich the digital consumer journey.
Fully optimizes integration with other Communications disciplines such as PR and Creative Services.
Manage category monthly budget plan based on agreed marketing calendar of a good balance of brand and commercial needs.

Social
Study latest trends of the local social media space and maintain our strategy is market leadership position.
Ensure execution of the social strategy in true social media language.
Manage our social media & digital agency. Organize and maintain favorable commercial agreements and ensure timely delivery of new initiatives, collaborations and campaigns.

Brand tracking
Post evaluates campaign performance by conducting or coordinating research and tracking project development, and then collating results into regular quality reports.
Improvement in our Brand Health KPIs.
Competitors movement tracking.

Budget Management
Manage category monthly budget plan based on agreed marketing calendar of a good balance of brand and commercial needs.

People Development
Sets performance plans with each direct report.
Provides coaching & feedback to subordinates.

Experience:
7+ years digital/social or related Marketing experience.
Cosmetic, Fashion industry from either client side or agency side is preferred.

Skills:
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and a self-motivation. Can work under high pressure.
Negotiating skills and ability to resolve conflict and multiple priorities.
A creative thinker and innovator.
Excellent presentation and communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong leadership skill.

Education: University graduate in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration related majors.
