POSITION SUMMARY:

Support and execute on Inclusion and Diversity strategies for the PVH organization, and specifically our main focus on Business Resource Groups (BRGs), that includes developing and implementing the strategy, executes in conjunction with the BRGs lead and measures the ROI.
Partner with Employee Resource Groups to ensure alignment with overall business objectives, and diversity & inclusion strategy.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Elaborates PVH BRG strategies in conjunction with the VP, I&D, develops a communicate plan and project plans to execute them
Develops a global BRG Handbook that includes governance and guidelines on criteria to select executive sponsors, establish leadership structure for BRGs, managing membership, how to create a mission, annual plan, metrics and communication strategies.
Review BRG applications, provides feedbacks and seek for approvals
Partner with BRGs leadership to establish strategic plans for the year, assess progress made and provide support/guidance as necessary
Serve as a liaison with global partners to promote collaboration among BRGs to share best practices and leverage initiatives when appropriated to enable sharing of ideas, creation of partnerships & mutual support
Be a thoughtful partner for the BRGs leaders providing recommendations that drive business strategy and demonstrate the impact of diversity and inclusion
Connects BRGs with internal stakeholders and members of other BRGs to leverage common initiatives (i.e. diversity recruiting, development goals, etc.)
Expansion of programs to increase awareness & participation (e.g., additional BRGs with a commitment to community outreach, Heritage month awareness, etc.)
Develop content and manage internal communication platforms in conjunction with PVH Comm (PVH insider, Inclusion & Diversity tab in the intranet, etc.)
Implement additional work policies/practices via BRG research and benchmarking
Review internal and external benchmarks to help drive I&D BRGs
Manage BRGs budget

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
5 + years of professional experience with at least 2 years focused on BRGs or affinity groups
Proven experience in project management and have participated as a leader, member or ally of BRGs
Experience in managing programs or initiatives cross functionally multicultural and/or globally

EDUCATION:
Advanced degree in Human Resources. Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organizational Development or related field preferred

SKILLS:
Strong project management skills, strong teamwork and collaboration skills, strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft office knowledge (specifically power point) preferable other design software
Creativity, Attention to detail and Adaptability
