ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):
Leads Talent Management strategy, processes and initiatives with the goal of assessing and/or improving existing and/or new processes. Ensures linkage across all talent management practices, thereby fostering meaningful value to Corporate, Retail, DC.
Serve as the internal SME for the Executive Leadership Development; coaching & counseling
Engages in internal and external research, as well as benchmarking / best practices, requiring a strong focus on analysis and insight. Transfers learning to other HR functions in a way that is practical and adds value to the business.
Manages recruitment initiatives and strategy enforced by HR Specialists & Coordinators.
Develops and ensures delivery of recruitment strategy, including candidate experience, recruitment initiatives, job fairs, internships and new store openings.
Works closely with other leaders to diagnose development requirements and conducts needs assessments using a variety of research methodologies including focus groups, surveys and structured interviews.
In partnership with the HR Global and/or US, ensure that ALL New programs and learning materials have a solid project plan. Identify internal and external design/delivery assets.
Collaborate with leader(s) of Global HR Programs to ensure alignment of program messaging, pilot & launch and measure effectiveness
Partner with Executives , HRBPs and HR Leadership on delivery of on-going talent strategy including: performance management & development
Member of various global committees, task forces and pilot groups.
Integrates elements of strategy, costings and metrics into programs tied to talent management, recruitment, compliance, recognition programs, and training initiatives.
Continuously improves programs based on program evaluation and feedback.
Defines metrics to provide leaders with key data and to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of programs delivered by the function.
Presents proposals, business cases and/or updates to leaders.
Defines metrics and develops practical tracking and reporting methods.

Negotiates partnerships with specialized firms and vendors (freelance support (graphics, translation) printing, recruitment agencies, internships, compensation surveys, government surveys, posting medias, universities, employment centers, etc)
Leads corporate communication department initiative roll outs, regional thread, and communication standards.
Lead the design, implementation, maintenance of PVH Learns Canada training.
Leads PVH Cares Canada program and ensures program representation and awareness efforts are in place with PVH Culture Club Canada.
