Department Information
The Controlling Division is part of the Finance Department and supports the organization in reaching their targets. We are actively involved in setting up budgets, long term targets and reforecasting with all involved parties. We are reporting on the current performance against these plans and indicate the impact on the future performance. The company is structured in a matrix organization which we mirrored in the controlling team. Our teams are structured around our customers: the markets, the retail and ecommerce team, the divisions and the departments. The controlling team is using a wide range of tools to support these analysis, forecasts and strategic activities.

Position Description
The PVH Omni Controlling objectives are:
\n\nTo support the management team in providing clear, efficient and timely information
\nSupport the management team on analysis strategic decisions
\nResponsibility and ownership of reported numbers to make the closure and reporting a smooth process
\nRepresent the Finance function in strategic projects that concern the sales channels under omni controlling
\n\nThe successful candidate will be working for an international and fast growing organization where he/she will be supporting the team in the following activities:
\n\nLeading role in the Omnichannel Controlling reporting environment / being the key-user of Omnichannel reporting
\nResponsible for the PVH Europe (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) Omnichannel performance reporting across Full Price, Outlet, E-commerce and Concession channels.
\nExecution of European and MEA+ Franchise performance reporting
\nStore KPI performance and tracking
\nWeekly Comp Barometer on Like for Like performance on a daily and weekly schedule, reporting to the Calvin Klein HQ in New York, and Tommy Hilfiger HQ in Amsterdam
\nContinued progression of automation of reporting and standardization across all platforms and markets. Creating one source of truth for all Retail metric reporting.
\nOwning the information integrity of the Omnichannel reporting
\nSupporting the management team by executing (strategic) ad-hoc analyses & translating these analyses into clear presentations
\n
Position Requirements
\nA completed University degree in Business Administration / Finance / Controlling
\nBetween 1 3 years of experience in Finance, Financial Systems or a related area
\nStrong analytical skills: numerical data (EBIT & top line net sales), result oriented
\nSelf-driven, eager to learn (inquisitive) and supportive (business needs)
\nStrong attention to detail, combined with helicopter view; prioritizing (under pressure)
\nGood planning skills, combined with flexibility to change (ad hoc requests)
\nGood communication skills: working with various stakeholders in different departments & countries, transparent team player
\nProcess improver
\nTooling experience: BW, excel, Powerpoint
\nBusiness fluency in English (written & verbal)
