POSITION SUMMARY:
The Womens Jr. Account Executive is responsible for supporting the business by managing retail accounts as assigned, providing administrative and project-based support for senior Sales team and internal and external business partners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Present each seasons collection to buyers, four times annually
Update sales analysis on a weekly basis
Track and monitor sales to determine new opportunities and areas of liability
Analyze best and worst sellers
Facilitate special order requests, transfer of merchandise as well as RTVs
Analyze shipping/tracking of delivery flow on a daily basis
Partner with Italy and Fashion Logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and troubleshooting EDIs where necessary
Travel domestically visiting stores and training associates to make certain everyone is empowered with brand product knowledge and seasonal selling tools
Ensure proper presentation of in-store assortment and adjacent brand positioning
Manage and utilize internal inventory for sell off to discount partners

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 2+ years sales experience in wholesale

Education: Bachelors degree

Skills:
Familiarity with better department stores and specialty retailers (Barneys, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, etc)
Knowledge of the designer market; competitors, fashion trends, etc
Analytical and Strategic, as well as tech savvy
Excellent public speaking a must, in addition to excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent time management
High fashion aesthetics and confidence
Flexible to work hours required by the seasonal market calendar
Ability to travel domestically for store visit/ training as well as internationally for market
