Production Manager, E-Commerce - PVH Corp. Job in New York, VT

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Production Manager, E-Commerce oversees the day to day production and post production workflows of E-Commerce, Lookbook and some laydown photo shoots for the Heritage brands. This role oversees retouching of stills and ensures assets are stored on the Digital Asset Management tool. The Production Manager, Ecomm will tracking and manage the annual budget for all E-Commerce and Lookbook photography.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Arrange all production details associated with E-commerce and look book shoots including procurement of stage, casting, hiring key crew and equipment rental.
Oversee procurement of all product for photography to ensure Heritage Brands needs are met for asset photography.
Track all photography assets from shoot to selection through partnership with by creative services team to retouching and delivery to the DAM tool to ensure that all parties have access to materials as needed.
Submit and financially track invoice payments associated with shoots.
Oversee annual allocated budgets.
Create and manage annual shoot calendar for all E-comm and Lookbook shoots
Liase with E-comm team from kick off through asset delivery of all product photography.
Create and manage all requests through in house project management tool for live action shoots so that all parties have a clear and concise briefing their tasks for a given project.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 3 - 5 years production experience specifically in fashion photography production. Experience in retail clothing production a plus.

Education: Associates degree or technical training certification required, bachelor degree preferred.

Skills:
Computer savvy with an ability to pick up new apps or programs quickly.
Must know Microsoft Office with an in depth understanding of Microsoft excel
Knowledge of Project Management Programs
Knowledge of Adobe Scene 7
Comfortable with Apple-commerceputers
Highly Organized with an attention to detail
Working knowledge of bugeting software and ability to read a budget
Excellent Communicator both written and verbal
Preferably has experience working with Digital Asset Management systems
