POSITION SUMMARY:

This position supports Senior Manager, Retail Operations in coordinating and executing various regional retail training projects by overseeing implementation and assess its outcome.

The position is responsible for handling for key projects (1. Development of training materials for VIP Program; 2. Development of seasonal Product Training Video; 3. Development of Retail Training Curriculum and Retail Training Apps; 4. Mystery Shopping Program); s/he will co-ordinate with both internal and external parties for seamless execution of the projects.

The position would also help support other retail training projects such as administrative role in managing a digital platform (PVH Insider) for holding various contents internally, project follow-up, BE CALVIN a regional training program, and any other ad-hoc projects assigned.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Manage regional training projects including but not limited to

VIP Program
Work closely with CRM, internal stakeholders and external vendor, to develop training framework, contents, materials, for frontline associates
Extend and adapt training contents for different markets according to local systems and launch plan
Evaluate effectiveness of the training program and suggest enhancement

Development of Seasonal Product Training video
Work closely with merchandising team, VM team, local markets and external vendor to produce series of product training videos across CK brands for SS19
Ensure on-time delivery of videos according to markets launch / training plan
Maintain <CK AP Retail Training> channels in PVH Insider for content hosting, usage analysis; work closely with local markets for content updates and communications
Development of other retail training tools to support markets needs where applicable
Define best strategy to maximize the exposure and the staff engagement

Development of Retail Training Curriculum and Retail Training App
Actively involve in the process of identifying a regional Retail Training App
Work closely with HR team, internal stakeholder and external vendor to define user requirements and user experience of the App
Work hand in hand with regional Learning and Development, be an active member in developing a Retail Training Curriculum in regional level

Mystery Shopping Program
Work closely with external vendor on executing the Mystery Shopping Program + Team Feedback to ensure smooth execution of the program
Digest the results and proposal from the vendor to identify training needs
Based on the result from the Mystery Shopping Program, propose ways to improve the execution of our internal training program - BE CALVIN

Any other ad hoc projects
Take active role in contributing to ad hoc retail training projects either driven from management or self-initiated e.g. Omnichannel transformation project

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of Retail Experience in retail environment, preferably within fashion sector, with exposure to both frontline and backend support roles.
Working experience in regional office environment is highly preferable.
Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships internally and externally
Strong report writing and presentation skills
Excellent communications and project management skills
Self-driven and able to work independently; result-oriented and self-dependent
Strong focus on customer service and product knowledge training is preferred
English fluency, spoken and written is a must. Good commend of both spoken and written Cantonese; Mandarin and/or Korean/Japanese would be an asset
Proficient in MS Office Suites; Knowledge in Image/Design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, would be an advantage.
