POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Process Management (BPM) organization contributes to PVHs transformation through global adoption of new and enduring business capabilities. The Senior Analyst, Business Process, will support the development of the commercial business processes for the Asia region including Finance, Retail, Wholesale, Supply and Master Data. The role will work in close coordination with the overall SAP Business Process teams based in the US, and also with the Asia regional teams to help drive business process optimization, support analysis of current and future state processes through modeling using BPM techniques, and help define and optimize how relevant business information flows throughout the enterprise. The role will also work closely with cross-functional partners to align technical solutions with business needs and enhance the connectivity of the business units, regions, functional areas and IT solutions/systems.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Document current, and develop future, business process maps, using BPM methods/tools which effectively communicate processes and improvement opportunities.
Help capture current state of the enterprise, desired future state, help analyse the gaps and plan to get to the end state through logical, planned tactics
Gather business requirements from the in country subject matter experts and validate system functionality will support the needs.
Understand and document process variability across brands/regions/units and recommend corresponding variable approaches to enable core, consistent future state processes.
Build and maintain an effective repository of process maps for assigned business units.
Identify opportunities for increased efficiency through new tools and techniques. Participate in system process reviews and testing to examine output. Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong knowledge in assigned business areas
Identify the change impacts to the current business processes, systems and roles and help drive the adoption and sustenance of the change.
Effectively collaborate and coordinate between IT, business and other functions to ensure consistent levels of detail in the business process models.
Help advance capabilities/processes toward best-in-class by supporting cross business forums to exchange/transfer knowledge and drive consistent improvement opportunities.
Assist with documenting process enhancement requests across business units
Regularly report and update on progress, timelines, and challenges.
Maintain strong relationships with business partners

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of retail business experience - apparel or consumer products company experience preferred; ideally fast-moving, multi-channel business with global manufacturing/sourcing.
Prefer Process Modeling, Process Improvement / BPM, Project Management and Change Management experience
Prefer experience with SAP and/or other ERP systems and business process mapping tools (ARIS, Visio, etc)

Education:
Bachelors degree is required.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of multi-channel retail systems and processes
Practical experience designing and documenting business processes and sub-processes.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent with tools to document business processes, such as ARIS, Visio, etc.
Proven data analysis, change and project management skills
