About the job


Responsible for the overall design, implementation, communication and administration of the organizations compensation programs, policies, and procedures in order to be responsive to the companys goals and competitive practices for North America. Ensure the company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations. Partners with HR and business leaders and provides technical expertise to ensure effective usage of compensation best practices, integration of a total rewards strategy, and the education of our employees. Directs and coaches direct reports to provide analytical services to the rest of the Compensation department and all stakeholders. Key contributor on the rollout of global initiatives and programs, processes and technology.

Consults with US and Canada HR Partners and business leaders to provide expertise to the company in the area of compensation including pay decisions such as hiring practices, promotions, and transfers, market data, trends, training, acquisitions, and compensation plans.
Direct the global job architecture process of evaluating new and revised job descriptions to determine competitive market values and internal relationships to establish the salary guidelines.
Responsible for designing and delivering programs, initiatives, tools and processes that enable PVH to attract, manage, engage, develop and retain talent.
Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures, recommending plan revision as well as designing new plans which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.
Compile, prepare and present data for ease and decision making.
Create and deliver training/educational materials for HR Business Partners and leaders on policies, programs and processes.
Monitor and analyze compensation data and trends to ensure that PVH remains competitive and in compliance with all FLSA regulations, SOX and overtime compliance.
Assists Compensation leadership with the development and presentation of compensation strategy, objectives and overall deliverables.
Lead the execution of the annual compensation processes. Provide guidance to management regarding compensation and salary administration. Provide tools and guidelines for end users.
Manages the administration of direct compensation including the processing, recording and reporting of compensation-related actions taken on associates.
Oversee the global participation in salary surveys to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.
Analyzes results of surveys to determine their impact. Makes recommendations as necessary.
Keeps apprised of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure Company compliance.
Manage the work and leverage leadership experience to build a high performing team; manage, coach and develop the shared analysis team ensuring deadlines are met and the entire Compensation team receives the support needed.
Project work as assigned.

Experience: 6 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in both Compensation and Human Resources

Education:
Bachelors degree in business, HR or related major
Masters Degree a plus
CCP Certification and/or GRP Certification a plus

Knowledge of Workday HR System a plus.
