PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Assist Senior Marketing Manager in delivering Marketing programs and assets for the US and Canada, as well as Latin America and Mexico
Develop strong relationships with internal partners, licensees, and accounts
Coordinate internal asset creation and timely delivery for all category specific, brand focused campaigns and marketing tactics across wholesale, specialty, retail, and digital
Develop project briefs and execute to completion, managing deadlines and working with internal Creative team
Coordinate day-to-day relationship with Sales and Merchandising teams
Assist with licensee ongoing communication and execution of business needs
Assist with presentation development for strategic pitches and seasonal performance summaries
Gather, analyze and present data on KPIs following Marketing programs to help inform future strategies
Ensure continuity for all digital marketing efforts
Assist with shoot planning & coordination for all internally produced photography
Facilitate all on-garment/trim marketing requests
Manage Co-Op tracking and enforce the defined brand voice guidelines across the North American market
Review monthly production job status reports and billing
Own the competitive process and periodically distribute relevant summaries
Synthesize important trade articles and highlight impact/opportunities
Proactively stay on top of digital, creative and analytical trends, and understand best practices


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: One to two years of experience in the fashion/retail marketing space, ideally with a fashion industry focus

Education: Bachelors degree required, preferably in the marketing or communications field

Skills:
Project management experience
Experience in working with a marketing team
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel (Photoshop/HTML a Plus)
Excellent attention to detail and strong writing/editing skills
A strong aesthetic sensibility and exposure to/understanding of fashion, photography, architecture, and/or art
Strong interpersonal communications/presentation skills and ability to work productively in a fast-paced, creative, collaborative environment, including interfacing and coordination with in-house Creative team, and contact with associates and external partners at all levels
Resourceful, creative and self-motivated with strong organizational skills and aptitude for immediately developing a highly organized approach to managing multiple projects
Able to quickly absorb the spirit of the Calvin Klein design point of view



INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:

Internal: Consumer Marketing Organization: Marketing, PR, Visuals/Store Design, Production, Creative, Media; Senior Management, Licensing, Merchandising, and Sales

External: Licensees, Joint Ventures, Wholesale Partners, Specialty Partners


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team intern
BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with coordinating annual Marketing budget
Manage Co-Op Marketing budget
DECISION MAKING:
Will have to make decisions around: the quality/timing of work received from external and internal partners, ensuring business needs are represented, presentation formats and process enhancements.

RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY:
It will be necessary that the candidate be able to make decisions quickly and be self-motivated, innovate and establish new processes/bring organization where needed.
Creativity and understanding of the brand are a plus.

ENVIRONMENT:
The environment is extremely fast paced and deadline driven. Given the nature of the fashion space, projects have to move very quickly and are often fluid/iterative. Additionally, strong communication skills are needed in such an environment, keeping all parties well-informed with any given project.
