PVH, one of the largest global apparel companies leveraging a diversified portfolio of brands including Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Van Heusen, IZOD, ARROW, Speedo (1), Warner's and Olga, as well as numerous licensed brands is looking for a Human Resources Manager for its corporate office in Montreal.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness, the HR Managers primordial goal is to build strong partnerships by providing daily and strategic support on all HR affairs to our Toronto-based Wholesale team that includes professionals in Sales, Business Development, Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, and IT. The incumbent will collaborate closely with associates andleaders with the planning and deployment of a variety of business-focused Talent Management platforms and programs including Talent Acquisition, Performance & Development, Talent & Succession planning, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Inclusion & Diversity and much more. The HR Manager will serve as a point of contact and resource for all HR needs including but not limited to Policies & Procedures, Performance Management, Recruitment & Onboarding, Training, Legislative Compliance, Health & Safety, and AODA.

Responsibilities
Building solid relationships with client group
Act as a strategic HR business partner and resources supporting, coaching and advising on HR best practices
Participate in the full cycle of Talent Acquisition
Responsible onboarding new hires and improving the processes based on received feedback
Assist the Senior Director in all strategic planning projects, while being representational of the wholesale client group
Participate in all talent management and organizational development and effectiveness initiatives aligned with the business strategy
Lead and partner with management for effective succession planning
Lead and influence PVHs Performance & Development program
Support managers and employees through career and development discussions, identify appropriate resources and provide associates with access to the information to help them grow and develop in their roles
Assess training needs consistently; develop and offer training and development programs in collaboration with Managers; track and report training initiatives
Ensure Health and Safety and AODA practices and policies are up to date and adhered to and actively participate on the Joint Health and Safety Committee
Keep well informed on provincial and federal legislation and advise management accordingly
Build on company knowledge and develop overall business acumen that allows for the creation, development and implementation of innovative concepts, new ideas and a strong culture with a focus on talent development

Requirements:
Must have a strong sense of urgency and organization to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
Solid leadership, human resources management, talent management, analytical, solution offering and strategic thinking are essential
Excellent presentation and project management skills
Knowledge of Workday System and or other Applicant Tracking Systems, an asset
Knowledge of retail and or wholesale environments, an asset
