Position Description
In this role as Manager Clearance, you will be responsible for managing the PVH clearance business from a system, operational and financial perspective. You will build and maintain strong relationships with the internal teams (Outlet, OF), local sales organisations, Warehouse and the Clearance customers.
\nIn addition, you collaborate with the Order Fulfillment teams and Analytics and Business Intelligence department to align on reporting developments. You will based at our European HQ in Amsterdam,where you will report to the Senior Director Market & Channel Operations.
\nWe are looking for an person with a hands-on mentaility, who is commercially and process-driven and is able to communicate to all levels within the organization in order to improve the clearance potential of out business.
\nResponsibilities include:
\n\nActively clear and/or offer obsolete product to customers and/or PVH markets (directly or via our clearance B2B platform INTURN)
\nCreate seasonal- and Core (Never Out of Stock) clearance planning with internal Outlet team, local sales offices and customers
\nProvide full insights in all product to clear (First quality, Returns, Production seconds, left-overs sample sale etc)
\nProvide monthly clearance updates to management for EBU (European Business Update)
\nLiaise delivery planning between sales offices, finance team, customers and the warehouse
\nActively monitor that sales orders are entered timely and correctly (correct discount & customer POs) into SAP
\nFollow up timely processing (allocation & pick and pack) of orders
\nCreate sustainable solutions for updates to INTURN (automatic uploads for: stock, images , price list, prepack info etc)
\nEnable the potential of the selling tool INTURN
\nLiaise with the support teams and the divisions the transition from the product lifecycle MD (markdown) to Clearance, including the offering transition on the Full Price / Mark Down B2B platform to the clearance B2B platform

Position Requirements
\nA completed Bachelor degree
\nApprox. 4 - 6 years of related work experience in a comparable position (sales/account management and/or customer service/merchandising)
\nEntrepreneurial mind set: spot opportunities, P&L, hands on
\nStrong communication skills: networker, stakeholder mngt, aligning with markets, no nonsense (say it as it is), team player
\nProcess improver: contribute to the definition of processes/standards in the clearance field, analytical skills
\nEye of detail: manage right order entry into SAP
\nBusiness fluency in English (written & verbal); German fluency is a big plus
