POSITION SUMMARY:
The Retail Analyst I will be responsible for facilitating the growth for each mass market account. He/she will have interaction with Core Intimates account executives, demand planners, & operations teams as well as help support communication to retail partners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Compile weekly sales analysis of topline selling metrics by account; communicate trend performance to internal sales & planning teams at the style, color, size level
Maintain system reporting that will aid divisional sales tools & account-level reporting (i.e. production planners, ladder plans, & forecasting collaboration files)
Create ad-hoc reporting from accounts system portals as supportive material to impact business solutions
Run monthly financial analysis by account & class; work with internal sales/planning teams to compare the actualized selling metrics and help teams reevaluate future-forecasting projections
Assist on pulling consumer insights reporting to identify business opportunities; assess trends by comparing account-level data versus rest of market trends
Prepare meeting materials for internal and external forecasting reviews including sales plans, selling history, & other supporting documents as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 0-2 years experience in retail/wholesale buying, sales or planning

Education: Bachelor of Arts or Science degree

Skills:
MS office; proficient in excel & PowerPoint
Comfortable with web-based applications
Strong analytical skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to problem solve & multi-task
Retail math knowledge is a plus
Excellent communication with cross-functional partnerships
