About the job


The Jr Account Executive will sell branded dress shirts to small volume accounts and play an active role in partnership with the AE to manage the business and grow market share, achieve sales plans and increase profitability for the division. This position will focus on the ECOM side of the business specifically.

Responsibilities:
Daily maintenance of our accounts ECOM site; calling out missing assets, incorrect information.
Create feature & benefits for accounts ECOM site.
Communicate weekly with the external ECOM team to align on pending tasks, strategies, new initiatives, and launches.
Work with our internal marketing & licensors on creating assets to enhance our accounts site.
Work with internal teams to make sure all ECOM image needs are covered.
Work with external content vendors to improve our consumers experience.
Review style selling/season item trackers and make recommendations.
Evaluate sales trends, identify opportunities, and work with planning to allocate action plans accordingly.
Monitor competitor activity and participate in the development and implementation of appropriate response strategies.
Under guidance of more experienced Account Executives learn how to build and cement strong client relationships that support long-term sales objectives.
Manage small volume accounts and support AE on large volume accounts. Independently follow up on account needs.
Prepare and maintain buy books in preparation for monthly buys.
Handle showroom working appointments. Present the product line to accounts. Sell in recommended product mix by account.
Run reports and use 7th online/ACS/XPC systems.
Work with OPS on creating pick off lists for additional sample needs.
Showroom set up, organization and maintenance with team.
Organize and present samples for ECOM, advertising and marketing campaigns.
Maintain seasonal sample matrix as part of SKU planning process.
Coordinate needs for off-site meetings (samples, reports, etc.).

Experience and Education:
0-2 years Sales experience
BA or equivalent Marketing/Communications preferred
