About the job
The Strategy & Planning Intern will provide the Omni-Media Strategy and Planning team with operational and administrative support with global and regional specific needs. You will gain exposure to areas such as:
Campaign strategy, planning & briefing
Global industry analysis
Monthly Omni-Media newsletters and updates
What youll do:
Help update and maintain media flow charts for all brands and regions
Update global media trafficking (GMT) system for N. America as well as International regions with assistance from Media Manager
Maintain current record of all material specifications and contact information for print and outdoor
Help create insertion orders which then are issued to publications/partners for the upcoming seasonal ad campaigns
Create one-sheets/power points on an as need basis with pertinent information on new media platforms, partners, opportunities, etc.
Create omni-media recap decks based on seasonal campaign support
Create competitive analysis presentation on brands within the industry demonstrating their media strategy/approach and why you think it is effective or ineffective and present it to the team
Manage media archives
What were looking for:
Currently enrolled in a undergraduate or graduate program with studies relating to Marketing and Media
Strong interest in fashion
Open to working across multiple teams
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook for general day to day tasks
Must be well organized, detail oriented, efficient, with good time management, and ready to support at a moments notice
The CALVIN KLEIN Summer Intern program is open to those currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and will run from June 3, 2019 to August 9, 2019. You must be eligible to work in the US and able to work full time hours Mon-Fri for the duration of the 10-week program. This is a paid internship program.
Application deadline is 5PM EST on Friday, March 8, 2019.
