About the job
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Intern on our Global E-commerce CK Direct team within the CALVIN KLEIN Consumer Marketing Organization. The intern will learn how a growing direct to consumer e-commerce website operates within the broader marketing ecosystem of CALVIN KLEIN and assist in the execution of global marketing initiatives across our owned .com site.
What youll do:
Assist team in the development of global e-commerce marketing initiatives to support key strategic programs
Work with all departments to ensure all aspects of marketing programs are consistent with brand profile and oversee their execution
Pursue professional development through hands on learning about various e-commerce subject areas such as site content, search engine optimization, site optimization and user experience.
Gain an understanding of the role of Merchandising, Planning or Allocation in the product lifecycle specific to the on-line world
Assist with proofing, reviewing, coordinating and tracking of marketing materials and projects with other departments.
Collaborate with internal and external regional stakeholders and fulfill assigned projects through to completion
Communicate ecommerce program timing and rollouts to manager
Manage and track performance for all assigned projects
Keep the team abreast of the latest updates through weekly industry updates, providing recommendations on new best practices and innovative opportunities.
Help with managing internal creative partners
What were looking for:
Currently enrolled in a undergraduate or graduate program with studies relating to Marketing
Strong interest in fashion
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook for general day to day tasks, plus Google Drive
Must be well organized, detail oriented, efficient, with good time management, and ready to support at a moments notice
The CALVIN KLEIN Summer Intern program is open to those currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and will run from June 3, 2019 to August 9, 2019. You must be eligible to work in the US and able to work full time hours Mon-Fri for the duration of the 10-week program. This is a paid internship program.
Application deadline is 5PM EST on Friday, March 8, 2019.
