About the job

The Intern, Global Brand Advocacy and Social Media Marketing position within the CALVIN KLEIN CMO Group will assist in the day to day execution of social media marketing and advocacy initiatives for all branded platforms globally.

What youll do:

Assist Managers in the development of all global social marketing initiatives to support department objectives and strategies by business line and campaign
Aid in the strategic development and on-going optimization of advocacy campaign/engagement programs across assigned CALVIN KLEIN business lines/communities inclusive of best practices, guidelines and performance benchmarking
Brief and coordinate social media content and copy with respective internal departments
Help facilitate with performance tracking and reporting for assigned business lines/communities, including (but not limited to) monthly, campaign and ad-hoc reports, in addition to socialization across cross-functional and leadership teams
Support development and ongoing optimization of advocate engagement tactics by channel including day to day management of digital channels established for direct communication with advocate communities

What were looking for:
Experience with web/ social media platform management, with a deep understanding of popular and emerging social networks, both globally and regionally.
Active participation in a wide variety of social media activities such as community development, management and content creation.
Strong communications skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment with team members at all levels.
Resourceful and proactive, with strong organizational/project management skills and a keen attention to detail.
Strong writing and editing skills
Analytical, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on data
Passionate about fashion, art, pop culture and global events.
Ability to quickly absorb the spirit of the CALVIN KLEIN aesthetic.
Experience with social media publishing, analytic and listening tools. Experience with Sprinklr a plus.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Mac applications also Adobe Photoshop
Adaptable and flexible within fast-pace environment

The CALVIN KLEIN Summer Intern program is open to those currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and will run from June 3, 2019 to August 9, 2019. You must be eligible to work in the US and able to work full time hours Mon-Fri for the duration of the 10-week program. This is a paid internship program.
