About the job
The CALVIN KLEIN Global Communications division includes the following departments: Public Relations, Celebrity Relations, Internal Corporate Communication, Digital Communications and Special Events. These teams work together to elevate the consumer brand image and perception of CALVIN KLEIN as leading lifestyle brand.
We are looking for an Intern to work closely with the Celebrity & Talent Relations team on facilitating and executing daily VIP requests and projects in support of the Global Celebrity Strategy.
What youll do:
Sample trafficking (electronically logging out loans of clothing samples lent to various VIPs and stylists, following up when they are due to be returned, checking in samples once they are returned, and reporting the return details immediately to the manager)
Deliveries made to key VIPs and stylists, including hand deliveries when necessary
Maintaining the general appearance of the VIP showroom and sample closet
Partner with operations to ensure work space organization and general packaging supplies are regularly ordered (for shipping, messengering and gifting)
Overall support for PR and VIP departments with daily tasks as needed
What were looking for:
Currently enrolled in a undergraduate or graduate program with studies relating to Marketing, Advertising or Communications
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Mac applications also Adobe Photoshop
Adaptable and flexible within fast-pace environment
Work across multiple teams
Ability to present information effectively
Work well independently as well as with teams
The CALVIN KLEIN Summer Intern program is open to those currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and will run from June 3, 2019 to August 9, 2019. You must be eligible to work in the US and able to work full time hours Mon-Fri for the duration of the 10-week program. This is a paid internship program.
