POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of the Senior Coordinator, Omni Channel Media is to provide direct support to the Director Social, Omni Channel Media and the larger team in the tasks and duties needed to execute cross-channel media campaign planning and activation across multiple Heritage brands and media initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure all tasks and dependencies are being met within the given deadlines. This role also handles the various functions involved in social media specifically and supports campaign planning, execution and community management duties.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Has an understanding of how all media channels work together to support Director Social in providing full-funnel social media plans (inclusive of strategy, flighting, targeting, investment, ad format mix)
Assist in planning, strategy, launch and analyzation of complex paid social campaigns including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat and LinkedIn across multiple brands
Actively work with internal team & vendors to ensure campaign success based on KPIs and act as a subject matter expert in the paid social media marketing space
Strong understanding of leading social media listening tools (Sprinklr, Traackr, etc.)
Monitor all Heritage Brands social media channels daily, including paid/organic content for community management and customer service support through social tools such as Sprinklr
Submits social creative requests into project management tool and include documentation on creative best practices related to social media ad formats
Review and quality check all social media content before trafficking to media vendor or posting organically on owned channels
Conduct competitive research and compile industry information when appropriate and needed, all while maintaining data/reports for future use
Present feedback and recommendations on potential vendors post-meetings




QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 2-4 years related experience in media/marketing with a focus on paid social media

Education:Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university preferred
