Department Information
The Process Development department works with all product divisions, markets and departments within PVH for both brands: Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. The Department drives synergies and streamlines processes and tools across all supply chain areas to raise efficiency and drive profitability. It acts as a link between business and IT to provide tools and new developments in the area of supply chain processes.
\nThe department works cross-functional with Central Operations, IT, Warehouse, other departments within the supply chain process and the local markets.

Position Description
As a Process Development Specialist Wholesale within the Process Development team you will be involved in the wholesale process within the supply chain. The position includes the following tasks and responsibilities:
\n\nPro-actively work on SAP issue / request solving
\nFocus on (and initiate) process development and identify areas that need improvement.
\nSupport cross departmental projects initiated by the Process Development team
\nSupport cross departmental project, initiated by other departments, with expertise on wholesale processes.
\nWork closely with IT and participate in IT/business related Projects.
\nSupport Process Development Manager on analyzing, mapping and improving business processes.
\n\nThe role will report directly to Senior Manager Business Process Development. There will be a close cooperation with IT, Central Operations, Warehouse, Markets and other departments within the supply chain process.

Position Requirements
\nMaster or Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Business Studies, Supply Chain process or other appropriate education
\nAbility to understand and map complex processes
\nExcellent written and spoken language skills in English and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
\nExcellent MS-Office skills( Excel, PowerPoint and Visio), SAP experience is beneficial
\nGood analytical and problem solving skills
\nGood communication skills, strong team player with ability to influence others
\nAmbitious, motivated and able to perform in hectic work environment
\nProblem solver and Can do mentality
\nInterest in apparel/fashion business
