Position Description
The HR Systems function is a part of the HR department. Within PVH Europe we currently use HR Systems like SAP-SuccessFactors, and Lumesse. Besides managing and implementing these systems, we are also responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical interfaces to other systems, such as StoreForce and different payroll solutions.
\nNow we are looking for a talented professional with a strong project management experience to join the team and help us implementing new HR system solutions. Do you know how to run several projects at once and how to positively influence your stakeholders? Then we need you!
\nIn this role you will:
\n\nDesign and implement new systems or system components to augment the degree of HR process automation
\nTranslate business needs into functional system requirements
\nCollaborate with different IT and Retails Operations teams to ensure all business requirements for systems are covered
\nAct as liaison between functional users, system vendors and business stakeholders in order to drive technology projects
\nDefine and develop training and communication plan, needs and objectives
\nBe a subject matter expert for all in-scope HR systems / components
\nEnsure support structure is optimally setup for newly implemented HR systems / components for incident, change request and release management
\nConstantly search for improvements and innovations within the HR systems area
\nDrive and promote Agile project management methodologies

Position Requirements
\n5+ years of relevant work experience within HR systems domain
\nIn-depth knowledge of different cloud based HR solutions (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Taleo, )
\nExcellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
\nExcellent verbal and written skills in English
\nParticularly strong Excel skills to analyze and format data, proficient in MS Office suite, including Word, Visio and PowerPoint
\nStrong analytical and conceptual skills used to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
\nHighly self-motivated and problem solving oriented mind-set
\nAttention to detail under conditions requiring speed and accuracy
\nAbility to understand the impact of system changes to different teams and the end users way of working
\nAbility to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and keep deadlines with minimal supervision
