The Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Operations is responsible for leading all Talent Acquisition support functions including interfacing with key vendor partners, leveraging technology to deliver key recruitment initiatives, and incorporating the employment value proposition into the Talent Acquisition systems in partnership with Employer Branding.

This position provides an opportunity to develop, build, and execute strategic recruiting programs in partnership with regional, functional, and Brand Talent Acquisition teams to build baseline enterprise capabilities for PVH and group companies.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Integrate Talent Acquisition systems and processes with other key systems / work processes throughout the company
Measure and Monitor the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function including routine and ad hoc reporting of key recruiting metrics
Partner with Employer Branding and internal stakeholders to establish and implement a social media/recruitment marketing strategy based on PVHs employee value proposition
Implement improvements in technology and process that optimize the candidate experience and minimize administrative burden
Using influence to lead the implementation of recruiting-related projects and project teams, whether technology, vendor, or process/tool related, from concept through execution
Ensure users are fully trained and compliant on key talent acquisitions related systems.
Document and streamline recruitment workflows and processes
Identify and build data collection methods that optimize efficiency and data quality
Partner closely with Employer Branding, Communications, and technology teams to ensure the presentation of the PVH employment brand through career page and other vendors


QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in human resources, data analytics, or a related field
Strong project management skills
Minimum of 5 years relevant Talent Acquisition/ HR experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving and operational execution skills with a high degree of attention to detail and process (Project Management)
Strong cross-functional partnership skills, working with multiple stakeholders to achieve company objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues to a range of audiences
High professional standards for customer service, confidentiality, and quality of work
Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think creatively
Work with internal partners to ensure current processes and procedures are compliant with all international, federal, state, local requirements.
