POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager will run the day to day global marketing efforts for the Calvin Klein Jeans and Performance lines of business within the Consumer Engagement group (part of the Consumer Marketing Organization). In doing so, the Senior Manager will manage complex, integrated marketing programs, from inception through to execution and reporting. He/she will develop relationships with internal partners, regional teams and key stakeholders (including but not limited to Creative, Social Media & Advocacy, Communications + Events, Omnimedia, Legal, Ecomm, Finance, Design, Shopper Experience, Consumer Insights, Project Management) to execute key initiatives with excellence.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Support supervisorin development of consumer-centric marketing strategy
Develop project briefs and coordinate execution of all initiatives working closely with cross functional teams (including but not limited to Social Media and Advocacy, Communications, Events, etc.)
Work hand in hand with Project Management to plan and ensure timely development and delivery of projects
Partner with product divisions and business leads to identify and deliver commercially-relevant marketing strategies
Leverage and integrate consumer insights, digital/social/mobile, Communications, in store experience, to drive brand awareness and holistic brand experiences that engage consumer interest, brand loyalty, traffic + sales
Provide Regional/Markets updates on the development of strategies and provide them with the assets and recommendations that work best for the brand in their region
Pursue cross branding initiatives where and when appropriate
Instill a team culture that upholds PVH values and vision and actively foster a positive working environment for the team

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
5-7 years marketing experience, preferably in fashion/retail. Experience in Jeans and/or Performance arena preferred
Global brand and/or Agency experience preferred
Understanding of, and ability to communicate, the Calvin Klein brand aesthetic
Education:
BA in marketing/communications/business/liberal arts

Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines in a demanding environment working on 2 categories
Positive, energetic, empathetic and open minded
Strong data/analytics skills
Strong interpersonal skills required and excellent communicator; necessary to keep all parties informed and involved
Strong strategic, writing and presentation skills
Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working directly with local markets within a global environment
Must be proactive and solution-oriented
