POSITION SUMMARY:

Develop global strategies for key product launches and selling periods that drive business growth while maintaining synergy with the global Brand directive. Oversee and manage all aspects of 360 global go-to-consumer campaigns, from strategic brief through execution, along with internal Creative team and agency partners. Serve as key point person for all internal (including global teams and regions/markets: US, Europe, Asia + LATAM) and external teams. Provide direction and constant communication around all projects, ensuring clarity of action items and responsibilities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Responsible for management, communication and execution of the approved marketing roll out calendar to senior management, internal and external partners
Oversight of all projects from large scale 360 global go-to-consumer to small scale local market events and initiatives
Leverage and integrate consumer insights, digital/social/mobile, marketing, communications, in store experience, to drive brand awareness and holistic brand experiences that engage consumer interest, brand loyalty, traffic + sales
Identify and activate potential synergies between assigned categories and other lines of business to strengthen brand presence in market
Act as a creative driver of marketing Brand voice and tone for assignedbusinesses' global audience
Instill a team culture that upholds PVH values and vision and actively foster a positive working environment for the team

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
8-10 years marketing experience, preferably in fashion/retail.
Global brand management and/or Agency experience desired
Understanding of, and ability to communicate the Calvin Klein brand aesthetic
Education:

BA in marketing/communications/business/liberal arts; MBA preferred

Skills:

Ability to handle pressure gracefully
Solution oriented in order to tackle challenges and obstacles
Creative thought leader and modern global marketer
Strong strategic, writing and presentation skills
Excellent communicator, necessary to keep all parties informed and involved
Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills
Resourceful thinker and self-starter
Strong interpersonal skills required, and ability to lead and manage others
Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
Experience working directly with local markets within a global environment
